Target Logistics Services teaming with Arce Campos    Target Logistics Services said Tuesday it will expand into the Central America market, partnering with the Costa Rica-based forwarding company Arce Campos.
   Target Logistics Services, a California-based division of Target Logistics Inc., specializes in multimodal, time-definite logistics services for global companies. It provides forwarder/broker and non-vessel-operating common carrier services, often teaming with representatives in other locations.
   Arce Campos is based in San Jose, Costa Rica. It has been in business for 36 years and has more than 100 employees. It has a full-service facility at Puerto Limon and branches throughout all the countries in Central America.
