TDS LOGISTICS TO BUY MACKIE AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS    TDS Logistics Inc. has entered a letter of intent to acquire MAS. The transaction is expected to take 60 to 90 days.
   TDS, based in London, is a global provider of automotive logistics services. Mackie Automotive Systems, based in Oshawa, Ontario supplies materials integration services for the automotive industry.
