Temasek executive appointed director of NOL
Gan Chee Yen, managing director of Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd., the state-owned major shareholder of Neptune Orient Lines, has joined the board of directors of the Singapore-based shipping and logistics company.
Cheng Wai Keung, chairman of Neptune Orient Lines, said that Gan would bring significant financial skills and experience from both the public and private sectors to the company’s board of directors.
Prior to joining Temasek Holdings, Gan was director, finance at Singapore Technologies. He has also served on the boards of the Singapore-based companies ST Assembly Test Services Ltd. and Vickers Ballas Holdings Ltd.
