Thai Airways selects European Cargo Services

Thai Airways selects European Cargo Services Thai Airways International has appointed European Cargo Services (ECS) as its exclusive cargo general sales agency partner in Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia to expand its off-line sales in Central and Eastern Europe.
   ECS Globe Air Cargo offices in the region expect to generate more than 1,000 tons of cargo per annum for the airline. This cargo will connect into Thai Airways’ network via its twice-daily Boeing 747-400 passenger services from Frankfurt and daily passenger flights from Munich.
   In addition to the 15 tons capacity available on each flight, ECS Globe Air Cargo will generate freight for the airline’s three-times-weekly Boeing 747 freighter services from Paris. ECS is also the Thai Airways cargo GSA in France.
