Third round planned for U.S./Panama free trade talks
The Bush administration will enter a third round of free trade talks with Panama, scheduled for the week of July 12.
The U.S. Trade Representative concluded the second round of talks with the Central American country last week. Negotiating groups used this meeting to discuss initial market access and to “gain a better understanding of each other’s priorities and sensitivities,” the administration said.
