T&B bought the facility from Frigoscandia, a European cold-store operator, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition is the first for T&B in the Czech Republic. The company has provided extensive logistics services for chilled and frozen food throughout Western and Central Europe.
T&B, which employs 33,000 people in logistics in 33 countries, specializes in food and drink, clothing and textiles, and consumer goods sectors.
