TIDEWATER RECEIVES HIGH-TECH FAST SUPPLY SHIP    Tidewater Inc., which operates a large fleet of vessels serving the offshore energy industry, said it recently took delivery of a 175-foot fast supply boat.
   The vessel was constructed by C&G Shipyard, Mobile, Ala., and is the first of a new class designed by Tidewater that can carry liquid mud below deck, as well as dry bulk and cargo on deck while traveling at speeds in excess of 20 knots.
   Three more sister vessels are under construction at C&G and will be delivered in phases this year.
   'I believe these new vessels will set the standard for how future fast supply vessels in the oil service industry are designed and utilized,' Stephen Dick, executive vice president of operations for the North Sea, West Africa and North America, said in a statement.
