The Shanghai facility will serve as one of TMC's so-called global control towers, along with Chicago, Amsterdam and Mumbai, giving customers a single platform for optimization, shipment visibility and freight payment.
TMC said the new control tower extends the coverage of TMC’s global Managed TMS services, which already cover North America, South America, Europe, Africa, South and Southeast Asia and portions of the Middle East.
