TNT NAMES GUNTON CEO OF AMERICAS

TNT NAMES GUNTON CEO OF AMERICAS    TNT International Express, the parcel delivery arm of the Netherlands-based TNT Post Group, has promoted Mark Gunton to president and chief executive officer of the company's Americas region. Gunton now has direct responsibility over TNT operations throughout the Western Hemisphere.
   Gunton had been president of TNT International Express, North America, for about 12 months. He has been with TNT since 1989 and served as finance director for TNT parent TPG before taking on his role in the United States. “I welcome the opportunity to guide TNT International Express to the next level of global expansion,” Gunton said.
   Curtis Watson, also a TNT veteran who served most recently as U.S. vice president of sales and marketing, was named president of TNT International Express, USA.
