Schrader provides logistics services for consumer goods and retail products companies, including Bestfoods/Unilever and Max Bahr, as well as major automakers, including Volkswagen.
TPG said the deal will help it to build a critical mass of customers in targeted European logistics markets and industry sectors.
Schrader will continue to operate under its own brand name, led by Eckhard Schrader, managing director.
