TNT to own all of TNT Arvil
Dutch mail and global logistics provider TNT said today it will acquire the outstanding shares in its Italian joint venture TNT Arvil for an undisclosed amount.
Under terms of the agreement, Milan-based Ecotras S.R.L. will sell its 49 percent shareholding in TNT Arvil to TNT Logistics Holding Italy S.R.L.
