Toll's acquisition, the DPEX Group, will be folded into the company's international express network. That division, Toll Global Express, has seen rapid expansion in Asia the past few years, mostly on the strength of a number of acquisitions.
'As a result of enhanced volumes, TGX will now offer customers an improved service offering and will be more competitive,' said Paul Little, Toll Group managing director. 'These factors are key to our growth strategy in this market segment.'
