Toll to divest vehicle distribution unit
Toll Holdings Ltd. said today it will sell its vehicle distribution business to satisfy stipulations set by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission following its takeover of Australian ports and airport operator Patrick Corp.
Melbourne-based Toll said it expects Toll Vehicle Distribution to be sold prior to next February.
