TORM acquires interest in shipping company
Danish shipping company Dampskibsselskabet TORM said it has acquired a 50 percent equity stake in the shipping company FR8 Holdings, a subsidiary of the international oil trading company Projector, for $125 million
The FR8 Group controls about 25 product tankers, including three newbuildings.
