Toy Shippers, Laufer Group in deal

Toy Shippers, Laufer Group in deal    Laufer Group International said it has reached a deal with the Toy Shippers Association that will give the association’s members access to Laufer's full suite of international logistics services, while still remaining under the TOYSA umbrella.
   The non-vessel-operating common carrier will provide TOYSA members with full containerload options outside of their direct carrier program.
   “This FCL option is new for TOYSA and will provide members with access to rates and services with every major carrier in the transpacific trade,” Laufer said. It also said it will provide TOYSA member with other services such as air freight, customs brokerage and less-than-containerload shipping.
