Trade groups plan Connecticut confab Three organizations promoting foreign trade will hold a joint International Trade Summit next month in Stamford, Conncecticut.
   The Coalition of New England Companies for Trade, WESTCONN International Trade Association, and Connecticut International Trade Association will organize the half-day event to be held the afternoon of May 10 at the Stamford Marriott.
   There will be two formal panels, covering security, capacity and other issues surrounding the operation of U.S. ports; and international trade and regulatory issues. There will also be time for questions and answers, networking and viewing vendor exhibits.
