TRADECARD ADDS $10 MILLION IN EQUITY FINANCING    TradeCard Inc., the financial supply chain service provider, said it has raised an additional $10 million of equity capital.
   Warburg Pincus, the private equity firm and majority stakeholder in TradeCard, let the round of financing.
   TradeCard has also appointed Bradford Scheller as head of worldwide sales and marketing. Scheller a 15-year veteran of the supply chain industry, was managing partner of the supply chain practice of CSC Consulting. He has also held sales and executive-level positions with IRI, Numetrix, Unisys and IBM.
   TradeCard said membership has doubled in the past year for its Web-based system, which enables buyers and sellers to initiate, conduct and settle transactions online through a secure environment.
