TRADEPOINT BUYS MORE DIVISIONS FROM CLEARCROSS

TRADEPOINT BUYS MORE DIVISIONS FROM CLEARCROSS    TradePoint Systems LLC, a provider of software solutions for freight forwarders, has acquired several product lines from ClearCross, a supply chain technology company located in Reston. Va.
   TradePoint, based in Nashua, N.H., bought ClearCross’ software along with the right to continue product development and support for all present ClearCross customers. Employees associated with the acquired product lines are now part of TradePoint.
   In January, TradePoint bought an exclusive licensing agreement to take over the support for certain Questa and SPEX ClearCross customers in the United States and United Kingdom. Questa has now been renamed CargoPoint.
   The latest agreement also brings to TradePoint SPEX, DPS, and GLS, former ClearCross product lines for, respectively, export documentation, export management, and global logistics systems.
