TRADEPOINT SYSTEMS MERGES WITH TRANS-EURO    TradePoint Systems LLC, a U.S. provider of documentation and logistics software, said Wednesday it has merged with Trans-Euro of The Netherlands, a supplier of export documentation applications.
   The new company will be called TradePoint Systems B.V., based in Zwolle, Holland.
   “This allows TradePoint to reach its goal of significant penetration into the European market,” said Nigel Lothian, managing director of TradePoint’s European operations.
The new company will market such TradePoint solutions as its SPEX export documentation system, its Export Compliance System (ECS), and Manifest 24, a Web-based application enabling ocean carriers and NVOs to meet requirements of U.S. Customs’ 24-hour Advance Cargo Manifest Declaration Rule.
