TRANS-PACIFIC LINES CONFIRMS SWITCH TO OAKLAND

   From July, Trans-Pacific Lines will switch calls from San Francisco to Oakland on its weekly transpacific service.

   A spokesman for Trans-Pacific Lines said that the decision to switch to Oakland has been confirmed, but the choice of terminal in that port has yet to be decided.

   The revised rotation for the service will be Los Angeles, Oakland, Shanghai, Xiamen, Yantian, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Los Angeles and Oakland.
