TRANSPORTATION.COM ESTABLISHES HEADQUARTERS IN IRVINE, CALIF.    Transportation.com, the Internet-based transportation marketplace for shippers and carriers, has established new headquarters in Irvine, Calif.
   The company's technology and data center is based, and will remain in Overland Park, Kan.
   James Ritchie, president and chief executive officer, will be based in the Irvine office, as will Michael McMillan, senior vice president for international development; Dee Michaelis, senior vice president of human resources; Matt Kelley, regional director of sales; Charles Lombard, product implementation manager; Athena Gilje, inside sales associate; and Patricia Newell, office manager and executive assistant.
