Transworld launches commercial GPS tracking device
Pune, India-based Transworld this week launched The Mobile Eye, a commercial off-the-shelf real-time GPS tracking device for road vehicles and seagoing vessels.
The device enables monitoring of speed, stoppages, unscheduled diversions and activities, the company said in a statement. Peripheral equipment can be connected to it for courier and logistics applications, including printers, smart card slots, and RFID or barcode readers.
