   The RateMyShipment.com site comes from TranZcenter, a logistics and supply chain management services provider, and its head of operations Milton Collier. The network of multimodal carriers covers North America and includes modes like less-than-truckload (LTL), truckload, air freight, and intermodal options covering fields such as dry and refrigerated containers, heavy haul, and expedited orders.
   The site focuses on three main processes of transportation management: planning and decision making, transportation followup, and overall measurement. Focusing on these processes allows the service to define efficient transportation schemes based on consumer demands.
