Triangle to survey Indian express market    Triangle Management Services, an international mail and express research consultancy, said Thursday it will conduct a survey of the Indian express market, following benchmark reports covering similar markets in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain and Saudi Arabia over the last couple years.
   The survey will examine Indian shippers of both domestic and international consignments and the key factors that they use to distinguish between the various express carriers active in the Indian market, such as problem resolution, price changes, information exchange and the importance of offering a wide range of services.
   Other sections of the report analyze the shippers’ usage, awareness and opinions of the most significant carriers, rating them across a range of criteria such as the quality of their transport service, marketing, sales and customer care effectiveness, TMS said.
   The report is scheduled for release in June.
