The surcharge is $150 per 20-foot container, $300 per 40-foot container and $338 per container larger than 40 feet on cargo moving from the continental United States or Canada to the Dominican Republic, British Virgin Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Antigua, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, St. Barths, St. Kitts, Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent or Trinidad; and from Canada to Puerto Rico.
On cargo moving from the continental United States or Canada to Nassau or the Turks and Caicos Islands, the surcharge is $100 per 20-foot container, $200 per 40-footer and $225 per container larger than 40 feet.
