TROPICAL, KENT LINE SIGN NO-COMPETE AGREEMENT
Tropical Shipping and Kent Line have signed a no-compete agreement as part of the recent takeover by Tropical of Kent Line’s Canada/U.S./Caribbean container shipping service.
Under the agreement, Kent Line agrees not to compete as a container liner operator for a period of five years in the trades between Canada, the U.S. East Coast, and the Caribbean.
