TruckingUnlimited.com expands job boards

   TruckingUnlimited.com, one of the oldest recruitment Websites for finding truck driving jobs, has acquired NationalOwnerOperatorJobs.com to better connect drivers with Class A jobs.
   The new Website, currently being revamped, will include a community forum board designed for all truckers and owner-operators to discuss their job experiences. The new site is expected to be up on Oct. 1.
   The company also plans to add in a live-chat room, online trucking school seminars, and instructional videos for new drivers, on top of its existing searchable nationwide job section and forum. The two Websites will be merged and connected through TruckingUnlimited.com.
   The company said its main goal is to connect drivers with employers and fill jobs, which has gained new importance as the pool of drivers shifts in the current economy. Trucking companies added about 1,400 jobs in July.
   The service helps drivers find jobs by city, state, experience, position, and other metrics, updating the site and job listings daily. The site is open to owner-operators, company drivers, and even new drivers.
