TSA MiamiÆs Abbott taking new post
Brian Abbott, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration's cargo supervisor at Miami International Airport, is leaving that post to take the newly created job of senior cargo inspector for TSA International.
As a cargo inspector for the TSA's international operations, Abbott will be traveling throughout Latin America and the Caribbean to help countries develop cargo security programs, work with International Air Transport Association (IATA)-sanctioned agents, conduct outreach programs, and conduct inspections on U.S.-bound air cargo.
