Two more airlines raise fuel surcharge    Against the back drop of record oil prices, two more airlines said they'll raise fuel surcharges.
Fort Worth, Texas-based American Airlines Cargo is raising its fuel surcharge from 40 cents to 45 cents per kilogram for most U.S.-origin international shipments, and from 16 cents to 18 cents per pound for U.S. domestic shipments, effective July 12.
