   U.K. Freight Transport Association appoints Russell president
U.K.-based Freight Transport Association (FTA) has named John Russell president,
replacing John Allan, chief executive officer of Exel.
Russell is chairman and managing director of Glasgow-based John G
Russell (Transport) He has been a member of the FTA’s national executive board
since 1994.
