U.S., Cameroon open aviation service

   The United States and Cameroon last week signed an open skies agreement that significantly reduces government controls on commercial aviation operations. The deal gives cargo airlines the ability to connect to third countries.

   Cameroon is the 17th country in sub-Saharan Africa to sign an open skies accord with the United States.
