U.S. customs lawyers to provide 10+2 update in Japan
Law firm Pisani & Roll will conduct a seminar in Tokyo on May 9 about the upcoming security filing regulation to be issued soon by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
The firm’s trade attorneys, at the request of the Japan Machinery Center for Trade and Investment, will update Japanese companies about the 10+2 rulemaking that will require importers to submit more information about the cargo, manufacturer, consolidator and receiver of the goods.
They will also provide an update on the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism and related Authorized Economic Operator programs around the world.
