U.S. denies entry to Botswana textile shipper
The U.S. Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements asked the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection to deny entry of imports from Botswana manufacturer Uni-Oriental (Pty) Ltd. for two years.
Investigations by CITA and Customs found that Uni-Oriental engaged in the illegal practice of transshipping of textiles to the United States.
