U.S. DOT GRANTS DELTA, CONTINENTAL U.S./ARGENTINA RIGHTS

   The U.S. Department of Transportation has given tentative approval to Continental Airlines and Delta Air Lines to operate U.S./Argentina air services.

   The two airlines were granted seven flights a week to Buenos Aires, with Delta connecting with Atlanta and Continental with Newark, N.J.

   Objections to the tentative decision must be filed at the DOT within seven days.
