U.S. foreign policy-based export controls under review
The U.S. Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security is reviewing the foreign policy-based export controls in the Export Administration Regulations to determine whether they should be changed, eliminated or extended.
BIS said it wants to know how these policies have affected exporters and the general public.
