U.S. MILITARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT COMMAND HAS NEW COMMANDER

   Maj. Gen. Kenneth L. Privratsky will assume command of the U.S. Military
Traffic Management Command, starting Friday.
   Privatsky takes over for outgoing commander Maj. Gen. Mario F. Montero Jr.,
who will become deputy chief of staff for logistics for the Department of the Army.
   The Military Traffic Management Command, based in Falls Church, Va., has
worldwide responsibility for the surface transportation of all Defense
Department cargo.
