Freight forwarding and logistics company Uniserve has acquired finance and management consultant Portall Solutions.
Uniserve said the acquisition will refine its supply chain management services and increase the company’s position in providing global trade management (GTM) services to shippers.
“To accelerate the growth of GTM, the 100-percent acquisition of Portall gives us a number of unique and innovative products to provide for our clients,” said Iain Liddell, managing director of Uniserve.
