UNITED CARGO OFFERS EXPANDED REFUND POLICY FOR DOMESTIC PRODUCTS

   United Cargo has expanded their refund policy for domestic products not moved as booked. The new policy affects its First Freight and Small Package Delivery products.

   The carrier now offers a 20-percent refund, based on the rate paid, for First Freight shipments not moved as booked. For SPD products, United offers 100-percent refund based on the rate paid, compared to the previous 50 percent offered.

   For United Cargo’s TD. Guaranteed product, United will still offer 100 percent of the rate paid if a product is not moved as booked.

'    United said this expanded refund policy is one of several measures implemented in recent years to make their services more efficient and reliable.
