Atlanta, Ga.-based parcel giant UPS said it completed the acquisition of Marken on Wednesday, making the company a wholly-owned subsidiary of UPS.
Marken is a Durham, N.C.-based global provider of supply chain services to the life sciences industry.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
