UPS LOGISTICS COMPLETES LIVINGSTON PURCHASE
UPS Logistics Group, the subsidiary of United Parcel Services Inc., has completed the purchase of Livingston Inc. and Livingston Healthcare Services Inc., of Newark, Del. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition of Livingston Inc. expand UPS's Canadian operations with 18 distribution centers specializing in high-tech, consumer products and health care. Livingston Healthcare Services has six distribution centers in the United States and specializes in logistics for health care, biotechnology and medical devices.
