UPS names new U.S. operations chief
UPS has promoted Jim Winestock to head package operations in the United States, succeeding Cal Darden, who will retire early next year after 35 years with the company.
Darden has been senior vice president of U.S. operations for the past seven years and a member of the board since 2001.
Winestock, 53, has managed UPS' North Central region.
