“The new hub is expected to increase export processing capacity by more than 40 percent, while also doubling the processing capacity of import handling,” Anita Li, managing director of UPS Taiwan, said in a statement. “With export growth looking strong, UPS remains committed to supporting our customers across all sectors, and we continue to invest in our capabilities and infrastructure to enable these customers to trade in a global marketplace.”
UPS said 28 cargo flights route out of Taiwan each week.
