USDA EASES ESTONIA MEAT IMPORT RESTRICTIONS       The U.S. Department of Agriculture is adding Estonia to the list of regions considered to be free of rinderpest and foot-and-mouth disease at this time.
   USDA is also adding Estonia to the list of regions subject to certain import restrictions on meat and meat products because of its proximity to, or trading relationships with countries affected by the diseases.
   “Under the current restrictions, Estonia can export animals and animal products to the United States. However, these products must not have co-mingled with products from restricted countries,” said Jim Rogers of the USDA.
   The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service of USDA said the action will be effective June 14, following publication of the notice in the May 30 Federal Register.
