USDA PROPOSES TO ALLOW PORK IMPORTS FROM FOUR MEXICAN STATES    The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has proposed to allow imports of pork products from four Mexican states.
   The Mexican states — Campeche, Quintana Roo, Sonora and Yucatan — have been declared by the agency to be free of classical swine fever.
   APHIS said it conducted a series of tests in the four Mexican states to support its recommendation.
