USMEF appoints Julca to South American manager
The U.S. Meat Export Federation has appointed Jessica Julca to manage the South America region.
Julca will be based in Lima, Peru. She has more than 10 years of food industry experience in Peru.
'We are continually looking at regions where the combination of growing income and expanding population offers opportunities for U.S. red meat exports,' said Philip Seng, USMEF president and chief executive officer. 'South America is a competitive region with both strong domestic red meat industries and a healthy appetite for meat.
