Vanguard appoints Groff general counsel
Non-vessel-operating common carrier Vanguard Logistics Services has appointed Terry Groff to vice president and general counsel for legal administration, effective Aug. 8.
Groff brings with her more than 20 years of experience as an attorney in the freight forwarding industry. She started as a maritime attorney specializing in NVO matters, and has legal and industry expertise in all transport modes.
