Vanguard expands into British Midlands
Vanguard Logistics Services' U.K. operation has opened a sales, customer service and commercial office in Birmingham.
The non-vessel-operating common carrier said the British Midlands is an important 'expansion location' for the United Kingdom. Vanguard said the Midlands is 'underrepresented by the NVO industry.
“With Vanguard able to offer over 45 direct export destinations, we can provide clients a variety of services which is not only unrivalled locally, but also on a national level,” said Dean Reynolds, Vanguard's U.K. sales and European corporate accounts director, in a statement.
Tony Seifas will serve as Vanguard's commercial manager of the Midlands. He has more than 25 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
