Vantix Logistics partners with Yusen

Yusen Logistics will manage 60-70 intermodal freight movements a month for the food industry supply chain solutions and time-sensitive goods specialist.    Vantix Logistics has partnered with Yusen Logistics to provide intermodal and OTR services across the United States, Yusen said in a statement.
   Vantix, a Dallas-based division of McLane Co. Inc., specializes in food industry supply chain solutions and time-sensitive goods.
   Yusen will manage 60-70 intermodal freight movements a month for Vantix from plants across the U.S. to various McLane distribution centers in Atlanta, Ga.; Newton, Kan.; Hanover, Pa.; Orlando, Fla.; Dallas, Texas; Portland, Ore.; as well as cities in Indiana and Kentucky.
   Shipments consist of food grade products for the fast food industry.
