VASTERA ACQUIRES IMANET, CANADIAN SOFTWARE PROVIDER

VASTERA ACQUIRES IMANET, CANADIAN SOFTWARE PROVIDER    Vastera Inc., a Dulles, Va.-based provider of trade management solutions, has bought Imanet, a Canadian logistics software provider.
   The purchase brings Canada-specific functionality to Vastera’s North American solutions, with an emphasis on customs integration.
   Imanet is based in Windsor, Ontario.
