Vining picked to lead SEKO’s strategic development

International forwarding and logistics services company SEKO has appointed Bryan Vining as its new vice president of strategic development.

Vining was most recently director of corporate business development for Kitty Hawk. At SEKO, he will be based at the company’s world headquarters in Itasca, Ill., where he will be responsible for developing new offices in its global network.

SEKO operates a global freight forwarding business model based on local strategic partnerships and since adopting that model in 2002 has expanded from 41 stations in North America to 58 locations and opened operations in more than 40 countries worldwide.

'The addition of Bryan Vining to our strategic planning team is further evidence of SEKO's commitment to becoming the number one independent logistics provider in the world,' said William Wascher, SEKO’s president and chief executive officer.
